Description
AQ-710 is a high performance cleaner designed specifically for non-destructive testing processes. The alkaline aqueous cleaner is ideal for a wide range of materials and a variety of contaminates. A low-foaming all-purpose glycol-free alkaline cleaning solution with a unique blend of surfactants and corrosion inhibitors, it meets or exceeds the specifications for most aerospace NDT applications for aqueous and alkaline cleaners.
AQ-710 is designed for immersion, ultrasonic and spray applications, and is safe for use on most metals. It is non-aggressive towards aluminum, magnesium and titanium alloys, and can be used in concentrations up to 25 percent. It is moderately alkaline with low foaming levels for use in spray applications, contains inhibitors to protect metal surfaces from corrosion and it is also tolerant of hard water.
